Payment for energy

Energy will be charged at the end of the stay and the overpayment / arrears will be settled by transfer from the account. It is estimated that in the winter heating season it can be CZK 2,000 to 3,000, in the summer it can be CZK 1,000 to 1,500.

Cancellation Policy

• more than 3 weeks before arrival - we return the full amount
• less than 3 weeks before arrival - we return 50% of the price
• 1 week before arrival - we charge the full amount

In the case of the Covid-19 lockdown, we guarantee a full refund.
